We manufacture APET and PP roll in-house, which are the key materials used in manufacturing vacuum forming plastic trays. The trays are formed in accordance to the profile of products which can also be used alongside with other plastic and paper packaging products. We have over 10 years of experience in customising vacuum forming trays to varies industry such as electronic, medical, and food industry. Starting from 2020, we venture into the production of commercial products such as disposable plates, cups, bowls.

Stretch Film

Stretch film, also known as stretch wrap, is a highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items to secure and stabilise them during transport or storage. Made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), it is available in hand roll and machine roll, which can be customised to your requirement in thicknesses and weights. Common thickness options include 12, 17, and 23 microns, ensuring a range of choices to accommodate different packaging scenarios.

PCR Stretch Film

Jishan’s PCR Stretch Film is a stretchable plastic film used to secure products during shipping and storage. Made from recycled plastic, this eco-friendly solution is available in various thicknesses to meet different packaging requirements.

The Life Cycle of PCR Stretch Film

Pcr Stretch Film starts its life as used plastic that people recycle. We collect, clean, and transform it into new stretch film rolls. After it wraps products for delivery or storage, they can be returned to the recycling system. This cycle reduces waste and supports wise packaging choices.

Types of PCR Stretch Film and Their Specifications

We offer two main kinds of PCR Stretch Film, each with features for different uses:

1. Hand Roll Film

  • Thickness: Between 12 and 23 microns

  • Width: Usually 500mm

  • Flexibility: High stretch level, easy to hold and apply

2. Machine Roll Film

  • Strength: Steady grip, works well at high speeds
